Pic Fresh began as a small team of four and now employs more than seventy dedicated and hardworking staff who make close to two million sandwiches, rolls, wraps and salads each year. All of our meals are prepared fresh in our state-of-the-art kitchen. We slice our own meats, chop our own veggies and even bake our own bread in-house. Most of the other ingredients that we buy in are sourced locally from businesses we've been in partnership with for many years. We guarantee the quality of our products and we know you'll taste the difference. We are committed to producing good quality, fast food with a difference.

The Pic Fresh Approach
Our History
Our parent company, Perth Inflight Catering was established in 1998 to provide catering services to airlines and charter operators at Perth Airport. After 12 years of strong growth and tremendous success we decided to diversify and branch out into the retail sector. In 2009 Pic Fresh was born.
Our Facilities
Our purpose built facilities are located within the bustling Perth Airport precinct. We make use of 1600m2 of floor space that backs directly onto the tarmac, offering both airside and landside access.
Situated within a short driving distance to the Perth CBD and several other major traffic arteries, we are conveniently located to handle deliveries across the metropolitan area.
Health & Safety
As a company, one of our main priorities is to provide superior quality products that our customers can enjoy and trust. Health and safety is at the core of our business procedures and we ensure all of our staff are fully aware of their responsibilities when handling and packaging our products.
We are proud to have obtained quality assurance accreditation under stringent HACCP guidelines. We consistently exceed the recommendations required by our half yearly HACCP audits and take pride in maintaining a pristine working environment. For our customers, this means they can be confident that all of our meals meet, and exceed, Government standards.
In terms of delivery, we offer a fast and reliable service using modern refrigerated vehicles that are temperature controlled and well maintained.
Nutrition
Pic Fresh provides a range of healthy food options for busy people. We work closely with dietary experts to create great tasting meals that are well balanced and nutritionally sound.
Giving back to the community
We believe strongly in sharing some of our good fortune with the local community. One initiative we’ve developed is providing a local church group with several hundred meals each month which they distribute to those in need.
We also support CRS Australia in the work they do placing people who’ve been unemployed due to illness or disability. We’ve found a number of great staff members through this scheme and will continue to partner with CRS in the future.
